I understand today's announcement to mean that they're making an accounting entry to reflect the stake's current market value While I am not an accountant I perceive this to be strictly an accounting procedure to get the value on the books for future equity financing. You can bet Pots wont sell a share until the ADR's are listed this summer. FWIW, I think the RIO sales figure alone will turn a lot of heads this quarter.
