Comment: 1. The Rabins/Schneider shareholder value paradigm is unproven [at best] going back many years and several iterations of NewKidCo viz a viz Alpha Software, SoftQuad, Kurzweil, Nasdaq delisting, $1.75 $10M Private Placement, no credibility with the street, NKCIF as a delisted NASDAQ, bulletin board Rule 15c2-6 designated security cannot be solicited for sale by any US SEC governed broker... 2. NewKidCo's products may be ok or good but without superior marketing and millions of dollars to sustain said marketing and licenses NewKidCo will, in the short-term, be unable to rise above the noise of the Toy Story's©, RugRats©, Pokemon's© et al in securing consumers dollars esp. first purchases...Case in point?... KBKids© kbkids.com printed a very positive spin on NewKidCo in an aricle on Preschoolder Video Games kbkids.com 1. NewKidCo's marketing team felt this priceless article should not reside on their website...as in Internet...as in 100+ million users...!? 2. KBKids© [web and brick&mortar] does not carry NewKidCo products. qed.
Accordingly, one could argue that NewKidCo simply does not have the critical mass to build out its infrastructure and patience [long-term investor] is simply an irrelevant and arguably dangerous concept. |
