Actually, the only thing mystifying is that it took them so long. Did you know that Phil Orlando, CIO Value Line Asset Mngmt. picked Cisco along with QCOM for 2000+ on CNBC yesterday? Regard what Robert Doll, CIO, Merrill Lynch Asset Mgmt. had to say today: Message 12469004
