Another reason Intel will hold: While intel is a highly profitable company, RSYS is even more profitable on earnings per share with a greater upside potential having more mobility. Since RSYS was a division of intel until intel develops its own capabilities again, and it may not want to, it will like to keep RSYS in line by its large ownership potential.

If I were an intel exec. I would recommend even a larger share, perhaps the majority in order to keep it in the 'intel family'.

Maybe its all just wishful thinking, thou.
