Zoltan!,

I know that Cisco is unique, a dynamic blue-chip security that will witness explosive earnings growth during the next five years and beyond. Cisco is the clear market leader in networking products and is expanding its reach dramatically. It is my determination that Cisco is perfectly positioned to capitalize on the surging popularity of the Internet. I suspect that therein lies the reason behind the premium Cisco does and will continue to command.

While I might quibble about CSCO being unique (I think it does have a few competitors), I will accept for the sake of argument everyything you said. But that does not speak to the issue of price. Would you feel the same way if CSCO were selling at $200 a share?

I take it by your failure to respond to my challenge (Give me a rationale for CSCO's share price based either on projected earnings or cash flow together with long-term growth assumptions.) that you cannot come up with a decent valuation technique that accounts for CSCO's price per share.

Since you endorse the current price I assume that you have a quantitative rationale behind your endorsement. I would love to see it.

TTFN,
CTC
