I assume you've seen this? biz.yahoo.com ICO had a beautiful balance sheet prior to the Vanstar Merger. Now, the 370 mill from CPQ might cover their debt. Surely some of that debt is tied to asset changes of this magnitude. Net result will be an 800 mill services company with an unknown profitability. Perhaps lower interest burden. What happens to the inventory? CPQ to pick it all up, or some remains with ICO? There is possibility here, but also many unkowns...
