I'll be back to you later in greater detail because I have to run to the bank. However, I'd say he tried to imply Y2K issues and made a glancing mention of integration. However, CA does not seem to be seeing the same pattern as I've noted elsewhere. Note that the shortfall was in the domestic license area as well. International license growth stepped up, and Max said that Italy and Spain really turned around. I don't think it's Y2K.

Moreover, Rick Gardner's resignation speaks worlds IMO. If it were Y2K, I don't think that we'd have seen this resignation, since he's been there for years.
