HGSI, Great news.. get out the biotechs.. from the December 27th watch list.. and the few from the last 2. We will have some a Phoenix rising from the ashes... What a great day.

But I have lived on 8 vitamin tablets, 2 cans of ensure, 1 can of V-8, 2 bananas... the vitamins are great though I wholeheartedly recommend them PHYTO Vite, and Food for Thought a nutritional beverage mix and Winrgy before a workout... then Biolean a dietary supplement.. all natural and recommended by my doctor. This is pretty expensive comes to about $185 a month but well worth it. You don't need all of it.. You could just take the vitamins at about $85 a month. I get no cut back guys believe me..
