Strech, because I use a discount broker I paid no commission either. Just a handling fee. <g> glad they did not have to ship anything to me. <g> On serious note having read the prospectus i do not find any indication there will be any exchange of stock for those that do not tender now. Don't understand why not but seems like al one will get is a certificate for exchange into $8. Seems like a no brainer, I have tendered already. If anyone knows of reasons for not tendering, other than trying to defeat the merge please advise.
