Participation at Consumer Electronics Show expected to encourage

future manufacturer licensing

Chequemate International (AMEX:DDD, news, msgs), d.b.a. C-3D Digital, Inc., the world's first 3D television network and 3D Internet media company, today announced Circuit Technology, Inc. has acquired the licensing rights to C-3D Digital's proprietary, leading-edge 2D to 3D conversion technology.

Chief executive officer of Circuit Technology, Iehab Hawatmeh, stated, "Having worked with C-3D Digital in the past, we are extremely pleased to enter into a licensing arrangement with such a revolutionary player in the new age of digital television."
