Russet... What I'm saying is that because the stock is restircted they can't do butkus with it...That means they can't put it up as collateral so far outta the restricted exercise date...A couple of weeks befor and no broker in his right mind would refuse the trade, especially if you brought him proof... Those restricted shares are stamped "Restricted" and nobody can do nuthing with them...

Believe me, I tried to play with some restricted stock about 8 years ago and was told to go fly a kite (for niceties sake)...

Compile that with the low share issue and therefore obviously the low share float (insider's still have to have at least 10% combined in order to maintain control), the sweetheart story this puppy has, I doubt very much if one would put together a sizeable short position... One could try but this puppy's way to tight to take that chance...

Was kind of concerned with yesterday's volume and the smaller share value increase (as I mentioned to Stew this morning) but today more than made up for it...

I'm betting that the float has turned over several times already in the past couple of day's and will continue to do so...
