Telecommunications Group, Bell Canada Signs Agreement To Commence Evaluating Dr. Bean
Herdon, VA - Sideware Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sideware Systems Inc. (OTCBB-SDWSF and CDNX-SYD.U) and a developer of customer service solutions for e-Business, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Bell Canada for the evaluation of Sideware's Dr. Bean e-Business customer service technology for use on their web site. Bell Canada, is based in Montreal, Canada, has 39,000 employees and provides communications services through 13.6 million access lines and over 2.3 million wireless customers through Bell Mobility.

Mr. James L.
