3. I think you're answering a different question, but the fact is -- what people pay for stuff has enormous tax consequence. My point was -- it ain't a million dollar house until you sell it for a million. Do you think your portfolio should be taxed based on the value Dec 31st?

4. You could use a spanking, young lady (sorry, Christine, but sometimes an exception should be made).

Be sure to register your views at election time. You do vote in all local, state and national elections, I presume.

I have NO dislike for you, Liz -- I do find some of your ideas "funny". I would miss you if you stopped posting here.
