This is the same Allen Greenspan who was just accused of looking the other way while Y2K worries were used as a ruse for expanding M3?

I noted also that the Greenspan article was reprinted from a book by Ayn Rand. Interesting.
I thought his attack on "Wefare Statists" was sounding a bit like John Gault.
