Hi Tef, I admit I did the same thing. I sold my ITWO in my SEP account as there was no tax concern. I still have a small position in my regular account that I would owe several thousand dollars tax on as it is a short term gain(taxable at ~39%)> So unless it pulls back another 20% or more, I am better off leaving until it becomes long term. What price are you looking for as a buy in for ARMHY? I looked at it several times today. Joel
