Scott,

You sound like a paid tout. Corel selected what was already a complete distribution instead of creating their own. That Corel reconfigured the Windows-like KDE only means they are not complying with standards. Do they do anything at all on their own or just stip things down and change configuration files? Now, this is classic hogwash:

Corel engineers are busy working on their next iteration of Corel Linux. It will include the coming Kernel 2.4 complete with USB support, more drivers, and improvement in the interface.

Really? The same engineers who made copies of Debian and slapped it on a CD-ROM? What exactly did they "develop", pray tell? Corel has had nothing to do with the 2.4 kernel and USB support has been ongoing for years. Now that the Linux community is about to release it, you have the never to imply that Corel's engineers have something to do with that? Hogwash! Look, if Corel wants to stamp out Linux CDs and brand them fine. Don't try and give them some sort of business advantage that doesn't exists, please. The failed track record speaks for itself. They wait and watch for the bandwagon then put on their glory-grabber hats. Do you trust them? I don't, not for a minute.
