My only concern with Winstar is that they own 38 Ghz spectrum. At this frequency, the business case is tough. Cell sites have to be very close together (1 mile apart vs 4 miles for 28 Ghz) so the infrastructure costs are prohibitive. I have yet to see a business plan for 38 Ghz PMP that works.

I don't knwo much else about Winstar though.
