CFV has put out a news release today. It appears CFV's management, after completing its due diligence, has decided not to proceed with the acquisition. While it has taken quite a bit of time, seems it is a good thing they didn't rush into closing the deal. Obviously red flags have come up. So anyone that was not happy with the deal in the first place (unknown technology, too much dilution, mineral property in developing nation) should be relieved. We are now pinning our hats on potentially Canada's 3rd diamond mine!!!! With MPV's share price starting to firm up again, things appear to be on track. Keep up the good results De Beers !! Cheers.
