Investment in OrderTrust, Inc.

Embraces OrderTrust's E-Commerce Order Management
Services for Television-based Interactive Commerce Channels

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Liberty Digital, Inc. (Nasdaq:
LDIG - news) today announced it has entered into a strategic and financial
partnership with OrderTrust, Inc., an emerging company that is setting the
industry standard in integrated order management services for e-commerce.
The relationship includes a significant investment by Liberty Digital in
OrderTrust. Liberty Digital has also agreed to use, on a non-exclusive basis,
OrderTrust's order management network for its future suite of interactive
commerce channels.

The OrderTrust transaction is the latest in a series of strategic investments
Liberty Digital is making in the Internet e-commerce and infrastructure and
