tia, For the NASDAQ listing, the last big item is an appointment of a 2nd outside member on the Sideware BOD. Lets assume the paperwork is done. The Oracle VP Sideware signed up this summer will be hard to beat. (Jones will try to though) The time table is what is best to get Sideware the $50 million they need for expansion in 2000. I would guess 90% probability the 1st quarter would do it. Kris
