actually - putnam was not an underwriter - they have bought all the stock - also, by your tracking the 1/4ly reports you can see who has been buying and who has been selling - most of the entities on the list are buy and hoild with gradualo selling as QCOM has become too big a part of their portfolios for their fiduciary responsibilities - this FACT has been posted on this board before -
