BYIT: New Procedure for Answering Shareholder Questions: PLEASE READ
As alluded to yesterday, and absolutely in the best interest of all shareholders, it's time to refine the process of answering questions
from shareholders. We think we have a plan to streamline things, and still allow management to execute the business plan with as
much focused energy as possible. Quite frankly, everyone is extremely busy and committed to making good things happen, and
happen on time. This is a bigger challenge that we feel most people realize, and we have clearly seen them shift into an even "higher
gear" of activity in the last couple weeks. At the same time shareholders deserve accurate answers delivered back to them in a
reasonable period of time.
So here's the new procedure:
We will gather questions posted over the course of a day or so and contact various management personnel once per day, rather than
several times per day as has been the case in the past, as your questions flowed into us. Whether it be 6am or 9 o'clock at night, we
will work within the timeframes of individual managers of HouseHold Direct.com (and attorneys or other sources who have the
answers).
You can also help. First, thanks for putting "SSA" as the header when you have questions. Second, we trust all realize that certain
questions which deal with material events must always be relayed via Press Releases first. One of the most important ethical
responsibilities that the Company and SmartStockAdvisor have is to make sure that "material" information be released first over the
newswires. So don't stop the asking new, relevant questions. Just realize that 24-48 hours may become the normal timeframe for
most answers. Bear in mind that answers to really important questions (like the recent web site "leak") will always get special
attention.
