I just thought of what the earth shattering news would be...obvious. The entire BOD resigns, or is replaced through some other immediate means, and/or a very near term buyout is announced. Howwever, don't hold your breath with this company. They are contrarian thinkers and do just the opposite of what you expect, very consistently. Has anyone figured out what kind of power the position of vice-chairman gives John Young? sf
