Portable Energy Products (PEP) has developed a
thin, long-lasting battery, that significantly increases
the run-time on NEC's popular MobilePro 800
Handheld PC.
PEP's unique power solution includes a 12V, 2.5Ah
(1/3-inch thin) battery that can be plugged into the
MobilePro 800's AC input port, increasing run time
up to 4X that of the internal battery alone.
The PEP power solution package includes the 12V,
2.5Ah battery, an overnight wall charger and a
Coskin zippered carrying case. The specially
designed MobilePro 800 carrying case also includes
a compartment for the long-lasting PEP auxiliary
battery.
Recharging is simple...since there is no memory
effect, the PEP battery can be recharged when
convenient for the user. If fully discharged, it's best
to give it an overnight charge. Depending upon
depth of discharge, this 12V, 2.5Ah battery will
deliver between 500 and 2,000 cycles. For more
