How about blue-skying about Canadian banks while we're at it?

*IF* the Bell Canada deal flies, *and IF* BCE Emergis comes on board too, Sideware could profit immensely from BCE Emergis' close relationship with the majority of Canadian banks as a result of e-route, the EBPP solution being rolled out this spring in Canada.

BCE Emergis Delivers Pilot Electronic Bill Presentment System

Montr‚al, September 30, 1999 - BCE Emergis announced today that it has delivered on
the first phase of its commitments for electronic bill presentment with e-route. e-route is a
company owned by Canada Trust, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Mouvement des
caisses Desjardins, National Bank of Canada, Royal Bank of Canada and TD Bank Financial Group.
