To the board (FYI):

I received this E-mail today from Bill Mann at the Motley Fool in response to my e-mail to him re: his write-up on QCOM yesterday. Bill in fact admitted that he owns Q.

See Bill's email below:

I'd own QCOM over YHOO any day, too. In fact I do, and I am no fan of YHOO,
particularly not at these levels. But there is a big difference between
owning an overpriced stock and buying one. The returns the RM port has in
YHOO are pre-existing, and in my opinion, unearned.

Nor am i a fan of such rapid appreciation for any company, particularly not a
good one. I know all about the technology, but the price target put out by
Piecyk was completely unreasonable. It inlcuded a 17% of QCOM returns in
ASIC, which should tell you how aggressive his handset sales were. I believe
in Qualcomm, I don't believe in the current price. Not yet.

Regards- Bill Mann
