EDS has a solid business model in a great market- That's what attracts the analysts attention. After watching Richard Brown operate, I am convinced he is a very effective leader. He sets goals, communicates with the financial markets, and emphasizes execution. The management team on the last conference call stated that Y2K is a non event so I am expecting his team to meet last quarter's numbers when announced. The stock will appreciate when a consistent track record is established so some of the analyst's price targets of $80 a share within the next 12 months have good odds.
