lola, my understanding is a pp for 10 million shares + 10 million warrants + 7.5 million performance shares.

10 + 10 + 7.5 = 27.5 (rounded up to 29.5 due to y2k bug)<g>

Canacrap will get some shares for brokering however, lets say 2 million. Ah now the math works, no Y2K bug after all.
