Aloha BM, good info. However, IMHO, the evaluation is only a figure of speech. SYD wouldn't make an announcement like this and risk potential embarrassment if it wasn't essentially a sure thing. Bell Canada wouldn't waste their time unless they were 99% convinced that the DR was the way to go. They have 60 days, I suspect the only thing that will be negotiated during that time frame is $$$$ to SYD and whether Bell Canada will be a SYD VAR. This baby is really starting to pick up the momentum and I'm still on the sitting edge of my chair daily :) Makamai
