tekboy, I am a real JDSU fan. I keep looking for the Gorilla defining barriers to entry. The one that people continue to tout is the talent pool that JDSU has.

It would be nice if those who know GGaming and know JDSU would attack this DNA classification problem logically.

A company does "own" its talent. It only rents them, feeds them, and makes them smarter. When the talent leaves, (it will someday) the company not only loses that talent, but another company gets it.
