I like the pukeometer word. I believe a more attractive description would be 'panic selling' which we might hit sooner, rather than later. It certainly is a gut check, as it has been time and time and time and time and time again.

Hang in there and think long. This too, like the flu, will pass. Think one year, two years, three years and all the gut checks that we will go through as the general trend will be to the up side. Let others panic.
