I completely agree with your points but as a shareholder I am looking at the company as a whole and see it as having a large problem with debt. Therefore I feel they should be focused on debt reduction for a couple of years then make the move if it is necessary. I have seen other boards talking that this may be a move to set up the rest of the company to be sold off. As I am located in Omaha yes I have some interest in the company but I really doubt that by moving the HQ to the east coast will make the company flourish. This argument could be made the same way for a company like Union Pacific. They were once located out east but moved back to Omaha and I don't believe it has make a difference in their customer base. I feel this is a lame excuse made by the CEO to move our company closer to his home. Maybe this will pay off with some of his connections I don't know.
