Ha, there was a "deal" made far before that. I've near come to the (distasteful) conclusion that the only way to survive(forget prosper) in a corrupt situation is to become equally corrupt.
Were this true, I would now stand here and demand the profits due my investments. Following the prime examples of MEXICO, LTCM, TAILAND,RUSSIA,JAPAN,... I should stand and demand MY SHARE of the GRAFT & CORRUPTION, and be "rewarded" with a BAIL-UP.
