Toyko Joe makes it to the front page of the Washington Post business section ...... Looks like the story is being spread far and wide. Too bad the SEC couldn't have issue a "caution" or "warning" on the guy back in Sept. 98. It seems like prosecuting these guys is like closing the barn door after the horses have left.
