DS i would also like to add that THE "engineering" advantage is not simply a quantity issue. Having more is an advantage only if the quality of engineers is higher then that of your competition. The business world is full of examples where smaller companies out engineer and manuver larger companies with larger resources, both human and financial. Q is one good example. This is not to say jdsu doesn't have the brightest and best. It is however something i would place low on my list for investing in a company. I would rather make that decision based on the actual superiority of the products produced, rather then trying to guess who is smarter in advance. 100
