If you are referring to MSFT doing a product like ASDV's, perhaps a better understanding of what this product is about is necessary. This type of marketplace is not a compentency or direction of MSFT. It would be similar to them building enterprise application software like SAP, BAAN or Oracle. Additionally, the barrier to entry to compete with ASDV's is very high. They have 2M+ part in their component database with additional part databases under construction with alliances already established with several component manufacturers.

I feel for several reasons that MSDV is a great investment with extreme potential for the upside.
