More insider buying at the peak of the tax loss selling season. Franklin Burke, director, bought 155,000 shares at $0.7188 - $0.875, and Robert Carington, Exec. VP, bought 10,000 at $0.88. Sounds like the debt restructuring is good news, at least to insiders!
