Hi Bill - thx for the info. Good deal! In addition to DSLAM, it seems that IMAS covers all the xDSLs as well as HDSL(2). A quick look at mgt team suggests Promatory has a deep bench [alumni of Paradyne. Side note, if memory serves, Baynetworks was reselling some of the Paradyne's Hotwire product.] Does anyone know anything about VoDSL? TIA best, Bosco
