I don't believe there is anything to "turn around" with this company.
The company has pulled a significant profit in the last year and is in
a heavy expansion phase. Many new hires have occured in the
recent quarters (practically doubling in size) and they are pushing to
expand their global presence. I believe they will be posting consistent
profits for the next years.
