Do you see any sort of "impending danger" or "fatal flaw" that would cause the market to push RJR down to the point where the yield is 17%? Even for tobacco, this seems extreme, and is much higher than MO.

I do waver a bit in terms of the morality, however, I have lived in Asia for the past 12 years and smoking and it's health risks are not taken quite as seriously as in the States.

I don't mind investing in non-PC industries. Check these out if you have time:

Uranium: ERA.A - So far about 25% dividends this year
Gambling: CRY.TO - Internet gambling software leader, PE in single digits.
