the minute QQQ/NDX divergences intraday can be used to enter or exit QQQ positions, but we retail players cannot arb it ourselves.
the 4ET to 4:15 divergence is a crapshot in my book... if you have a good feeling of where the mkt will be the next day and QQQ is at a discount, go for it.
more often than not, it's not worth the risk-reward IMO.
