Steve, Many thanks for valuable insights during 1999. Hope for the same in 2000. I have been hearing horror stories from various people about shopping snafus on the internet starting back in November. It would seem that many of the merchants need to make a lot of changes and improve both front end and back end infrastructure. Could you please give me a few names of ecommerce enabling companies that might help solve this problem, as it should be an interesting area. Help please!
