Hi Rob

I agree there is accumulation going on. I am thinking buyout although Markman stated several times last year that he expected to get some analyst coverage. All in all, I am happy we did not linger down to 1 1/2, like we did last December.

I think this year will finally prove profitable. As you know I too have been holding on for years at all different prices.
