So they do have a nice book which has substancially increased along with the value of our stock. This is one reason these shares of CVIA never hit the market. Phase two is monthly increments or payments. In cash. We have funded that in full and will be sticking with that schedule. So how did we do that? We did some private placements... and in return we have formed up some really nice strategic alliances, that are extremely strong which you will be reading about in the near future. KAA
