Ice, I have done all of that and it seems to have stopped. The amazing thing is that I already had a "fraud alert" (no credit unless you talk to me, etc.) on all of my credit reports because my wife had a card stolen 3 years ago. Bank One (did you know that Winspanbank.com is really Bank One) nonetheless send out a credit card in my name to someone in another state that I have never even visited. 4 days after they sent the credit card out and the guy starts charging it up they called me up at home and said someone was fraudulently using my card. What a bunch of dumbsh*ts. Its no wonder Bank One lost their butt on their credit card business if this is how they operated. As you probably know, I have spent hours and hours and hours dealing with this now and it is very frustrating.

There were a couple of other card applications pending that I got stopped and an inquiry by a bail bond company. UFB
