Ken needs to call IOM's CFO and advise him not to buy shares. He should inform the CFO that he (Ken) has completed his own analysis by calling a few buddies at a few stores, and Ken's analysis has always proven true in the past (can't argue there).

The CFO is probably buying based on more than just passe data. Who would? He probably sees some developments coming as well.
