ConSyGen Signs GMS as Master Distributor
TEMPE, Ariz., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- ConSyGen (OTC Bulletin Board: CSGI - news) www.consygen.com announced today that it has signed GMS Auditing & Consulting Services as a master distributor of the Company's counterfeit detection device, ''Counterfeit COP.'' Under the agreement GMS will order a minimum of 20,000 units valued at approximately $1.1 million over the next 12 months.

GMS will market the Counterfeit COP directly to its existing and potential customer base of Fortune 1000 companies, Affinity Groups, and well-established Internet affiliate and partnership programs as protection against loss due to the passing of counterfeit currency and other forms of monetary exchange. GMS Auditing & Consulting Services was established in 1994 as expense reduction and analysis consultants for medium to large corporations.

Jason Genet, ConSyGen's Vice President of Business Development states, ''GMS Auditing is exactly the kind of Distributor we have been targeting. The relationship is indicative of the results being gleaned from ConSyGen's recent restructuring of the Business and Consumer Products Group's business model. By utilizing domestic and international reseller chains we tap into very large, established markets by partnering with organizations with existing sales forces. This permits the movement of product in bulk while dramatically reducing cost to the company. This agreement along with the recently announced purchase agreement with First Data Merchant Services Corporation (FDMS), a subsidiary of First Data Corporation, are the first of what we anticipate to be a series of many rewarding distribution relationships.''
