I wouldn't miss seeing them try and explain* all these proposed changes.* They won't explain any more than is in the Proxy.. Although its the companies intent to issue common stock (100MM to 200MM) in connection with one or more acquisitions of other companies or financings, such shares, to the extent authorized by the company's shareholders, may be issued by the company for any purpose without shareholder approval The approval of the amendment could make more difficult and thereby discouraging attempts to acquire control of the company, even though shareholders of the company may deem such an acquisition desirable nice to see Mr. Adam makes $250,000/yr in salary..Whats the company stock worth?? .001??? What a joke this company is Dave
