If you'd checked with the transfer agent A@P you would have found all of those registrations were filed based on PRE-SPLIT certificates! You also would have found out that the transfer agent was not going to lift any of those legends either! You missed a lot! As for STeve, guess again! Steve retired from SI along time ago! How's that legal defense fund site going?
