The buy programme should take us through the resistance for a double close above 3500 that would be positive, we hit 3404 as thought we retraced that 3500 resistance to higher low as you see in the chart..

but to make a legitimate case we need it to punch through this 3500 and if this does not go through it let bkx take out 750 and DOW old Aug high to start a new kind of rally otherwise we fail badly..
